Discover highlights from The Mack Jost Gift, a remarkable collection of Australian art that helped establish and shape the Horsham Regional Art Gallery collection.

Born in Horsham in 1918, Australian concert pianist Mack Jost AM gifted more than 250 works from his personal collection to the Gallery during his lifetime, followed by a significant bequest after his death in 2000. His generosity transformed the Gallery and established a legacy of community support for art and culture in the Wimmera.

This exhibition brings together works by some of Australia’s most significant artists, including Rupert Bunny, Judy Cassab, William Dobell, John Coburn, Frederick McCubbin, John Olsen, William Piguenit and George Lambert.
