Our main box office is located within the Visitor Information Centre located on Pynsent Street and is open 7 days a week from 10am to 4pm.
Our event box office is located within the foyer of the Horsham Town Hall at the Pynsent Street entrance, this box office opens one hour prior to a scheduled event/performance.

Please contact the box office and we may be able resend or reprint your tickets for you. Proof of purchase may be required for us to be able to replace lost tickets.
Refunds/exchanges

No – as per our ticketing policy once bookings have been confirmed tickets may not be exchanged, cancelled or refunded except as required by law. View our ticketing terms and conditions here

If an event is cancelled for any reason, all ticketholders will be issued a full refund.
If the event time or date is changed, or if an event is postponed, ticket purchasers will be contacted with the option to attend the new date/time for the event or a full refund.

Babies & prams

For most performances and events children aged 18 months and under are permitted entry at no cost. In these cases, these children will not be allocated a seat and must be seated on the accompanying adults lap for the whole duration of the event. If the child requires a seat they will be required to have a valid paid ticket.
Some performances will require all patrons including children under the age of 18 months to have a ticket allocated. In these instances, it will be stated on the event page on our website that all patrons require a ticket.

For safety and security of patrons, prams and baby capsules of any description cannot be taken into the theatre as the aisles, stairways and stairwells must be kept clear at all times.

We have a limited number of booster seat for children. Please see an usher if your child requires a booster seat. For children’s performances we strongly encourage you to bring your own cushion for your child to sit on.
Attending an event

The venue, box office and bar will open one hour prior to a scheduled event or performance, unless stated otherwise on the event’s page on our website.

Latecomers may not be admitted into an event until there is a convenient break in the performance.

If a specific performance or event has an age restriction it will be noted on the event’s page on our website.

No, filming or photography (with or without flash) is not permitted during a performance.

No, mobile phones are not to be used during a performance as it can be highly disruptive to other patrons. If you have an urgent situation requiring you to use a mobile phone please step out into the foyer.
Accessibility

We have a number of wheelchair spaces and accessible seating options in the theatre. To book a wheelchair space or accessible seating please contact our Box Office directly.

There are accessible parking spaces in Wilson Street in front of the venue. Alternatively, there is accessible parking available in Pynsent Street opposite the venue in front of the Horsham Newsagency.

Yes, we accept companion cards. Carers and people accompanying cardholders receive free entry to performances and events. A companion card must be presented when booking tickets. Please contact our Box Office for more details.

We have a LISTEN hearing assistance system in place. Please see the box office staff upon your arrival to the venue and they will issue you with a receiver.
