About these Terms
Horsham Town Hall is operated by Horsham Rural City Council at 71 Pynsent Street and 80 Wilson Street, Horsham.
These Ticketing Terms and Conditions apply to tickets purchased through the Horsham Town Hall Box Office or website. Tickets are sold by TicketSearch on behalf of Horsham Town Hall, whose name may appear on tickets.
They apply to Horsham Town Hall events and to third-party events where Horsham Town Hall is authorised to sell tickets.
By purchasing or using a ticket, you agree to these Terms and any event-specific conditions advised before purchase.
These Terms do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or other applicable legislation.
If these Terms conflict with mandatory law, the law prevails.
TICKETING CODE OF PRACTICE

PURCHASING TICKETS
Tickets may be purchased online, by phone or in person at the Box Office. A booking is confirmed once payment is processed and a confirmation or receipt is issued. Please check your confirmation promptly and contact Horsham Town Hall if anything is incorrect.
CONFIRMATION EMAIL
Online bookings receive an automatic confirmation email within 60 minutes of payment, including show times, ticket details and order information.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and must notify Horsham Town Hall immediately if your confirmation is incorrect or not received within one hour.
NO CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS
Once confirmed, bookings cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded except as required by law or these Terms. Horsham Town Hall is not responsible if you cannot attend.
REFUNDS FOR EVENT CANCELLATION
If an event is cancelled or postponed before it begins, we will provide a refund in line with applicable supplier policies and legal requirements.
If an event is cancelled or postponed after it has commenced, refunds or exchanges may not be available except as required by law.
LOST TICKETS
If allocated seating tickets are lost or stolen, proof of purchase is required before a replacement may be issued. Replacement is subject to venue or promoter terms, may incur an administration fee, and may not be available for general admission events.
NO RESELLING
Tickets must not be resold at a premium or used for advertising, promotions, competitions, trade promotions or other commercial purposes without Horsham Town Hall’s consent. Breach of this condition may result in ticket cancellation without refund or refusal of admission.
PRICE CHANGES
All prices are subject to change without prior notice until your booking is confirmed.
GST
All prices quoted include the Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.
Pricing Policy
Advertised prices include the base ticket cost and applicable fees. Prices may change until your booking is confirmed.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates purchased are managed through the venue’s ticketing system, TicketSearch. It is recommended that vouchers are redeemed within a three-year period as per the Victorian Consumer Affairs guidelines. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash or other services.
AGE LIMIT FOR CHILDREN NOT OCCUPYING A SEAT
Children aged 18 months and under may enter free without a ticket if seated on an accompanying adult’s lap (unless otherwise specified by a Promoter of a specific event). A paid ticket is required if the child needs a seat. Please consider other audience members and the suitability of performance content when bringing babies or children.
INDEPENDENCE
The Horsham Town Hall is an independently owned and operated business. It is not our intention at any point to imply that The Horsham Town Hall is endorsed, sponsored, approved or otherwise affiliated with the presenters or sponsors of any event, except to the extent of being a booking intermediary/agent or as explicitly promoted, except where an event is promoted by the Horsham Town Hall.
LAW & CONSTRUCTION
These Terms, confirmed bookings and directly related matters are governed by the laws and courts of Victoria, Australia.

Ticket payments are processed through SecurePay Pty Ltd, managed by Australia Post. SecurePay keeps payment records in accordance with the Australia Post privacy policy at https://auspost.com.au/privacy.
Your purchase details are normally provided only to you. You may assign a purchase to another person by naming them during the order process or through the contact details in your confirmation email. By doing so, you authorise us to discuss the booking with that person.
