Learning opportunities at Horsham Town Hall
Horsham Town Hall’s SPARK Arts Education Program gives primary and secondary students the opportunity to experience live performance, visual art and creative practice beyond the classroom.
From inspiring theatre performances and hands-on gallery workshops to behind-the-scenes experiences and artist-led activities, our programs connect students with the arts while supporting classroom learning, curiosity and creative thinking.
Designed for different ages, interests and learning needs, our programs offer students the chance to see, make, question and experience art in new ways.
Why experience the arts?
There’s something powerful about stepping outside the classroom and into a gallery, theatre or creative studio.
Live performance and visual art can spark new ideas, encourage students to see the world from different perspectives and give them opportunities to express themselves in different ways.
Creative learning can support:
Curiosity and critical thinking
Creativity and self-expression
Confidence and resilience
Communication and collaboration
Whether students are experiencing a performance, exploring an exhibition or creating something themselves, the arts provide opportunities to learn through curiosity, imagination and discovery.
