The theatre
A proscenium theatre for performances, presentations and events
With 500 seats, modern production facilities and a versatile stage, the Horsham Town Hall Theatre is designed to make an impact. From touring theatre, live music and comedy to conferences, seminars, graduations and awards ceremonies, the theatre can be configured to suit a wide range of events.
A welcoming foyer and bar provide space for guests to gather before an event or during an interval, while our experienced venue team is on hand to help your event run smoothly.

The Foyer
A bright, open space that accommodates up to 300 people, The Foyer can be hired on its own or used as a registration or catering area during your conference or event. Cocktail parties, standing graduations, welcome events, morning and afternoon teas are all perfectly suited to the Foyer, which runs the length of the entire venue, connecting Wilson Street and Pynsent Street.
Heritage hall
A grand space for memorable events
Set beneath the distinctive Art Deco character of Horsham Town Hall, the Heritage Hall combines heritage charm with the flexibility of a modern event space.
With a stage, expansive flat floor and seated balcony, it’s a versatile setting for black-tie dinners, weddings, charity balls, live music, expos, lectures, trade shows and conferences. The space can also be configured as a breakout or dining room for larger events.

A fully equipped commercial kitchen is available for use by your caterer or an external catering provider.
Event support
Your event is supported by the Horsham Town Hall team, with technical infrastructure including lighting and audio-visual equipment, plus on-site technical and front-of-house staff.
Tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery and glassware are also available as part of your event setup.
The Balcony Room
in the heritage hall
Located within the Heritage Hall, the Balcony Room is a versatile space for meetings, conferences, workshops, presentations and small to medium-sized events.
With flexible seating arrangements and convenient catering facilities, the room can be configured to suit a range of event formats and requirements.

Handbury Art Studio

The Handbury Art Studio is a versatile, multi-purpose space within Horsham Town Hall. Designed for both practical and professional use, it’s ideal for meetings, seminars, workshops, presentations and hands-on activities.
The studio is also home to the Gallery’s education programs and creative workshops, making it a natural space for learning, making and sharing ideas.
Flexible furniture arrangements allow the room to be configured in classroom, cabaret, lecture, boardroom or U-shape formats to suit your event.
