The Hidden Beauty, Schimmel piano

Proudly presented by The Wesley Committee

Join The Wesley Committee to appreciate the Schimmel Grand Piano in the Art Gallery Foyer. Guest artists include Horsham musicians, past and present students, 2024 Eisteddford winners and Sean Hallam, Teagan Rudolph and Gavin Fry.

Sean grew up in Horsham and worked as a musician before moving to Melbourne in 2001 to complete a Bachelor of Music in Performance at the Victorian College of the Arts. Sean enjoys performing a variety of genres, including classical, musical theatre and ragtime. Sean currently works as a piano teacher at Caulfield Grammar and teaches privately from his studio in Ivanhoe.

Teagan was born in Horsham, where she was classically trained in piano, saxophone and musicianship before completing a Bachelor of Music and Bachelor of Laws at Melbourne University. An accomplished pianist, Teagan has accompanied soloists in Eisteddfods and concerts at Carols by Candle Light, as well as soloists on piano, woodwinds, and vocals at various community events.

Gavin grew up in the Southern Grampians region, regularly playing and singing in community ensembles and being classically trained in piano and pipe organ.
